bookshare unpack tool problem

Hello again,
I'm have trouble with the umpacking tool fore bookshare. When I try to open books, it says I'm entering the wrong password and I am entering the right one. I've tried changeing my password and it didn't help. Any help would be appreciated

the unpack tool requires the password you had at the time you downloaded the book. also, it might be case sensitive.
